QoL: Patron System Adjustments

*Patron System --- The Patron System needs to continue to function, although we've had discussions about the added functionality of it.

  1. Eventually, Patron's custom items should be tied to a "coin."
  2. These coins will spawn on their person as a crewmember and can be redeemed at Stores for their item, once per round.
  3. The Patron System should still function within the game files and should allow the same loadout and skin select privileges.
