Current features

1. Enabled antialiasing

2. Mipmapping is now working without additional plugins

3. Windowed mode (disabled by default)

Settings file

Settings file can be created inside "plugins" folder ("vice37.ini"). Available options:

• DEBUG (0/1) - enables/disables debug mode. Debug information is written to plugins/debug37.txt file.
• WINDOWED (0/1) - enables/disables windowed mode.
