BC_Intrinsic_subtyping
The R-code we provide allows to use our AWCA versions of PAM50 method (AWCA_PAM50_BC_subtyping) or our regularized multiclass Logistic Regression models (mLR intrinsic subtyping) to assign breast cancer (BC) samples to the five prognosis-related breast cancer intrinsic subtypes (Luminal A, Luminal B, Basal, Her2-enriched, or Normal-like).
