'ktacmd' is a command line program for controlling a KTA-223 USB/RS485 Relay IO Board
from Ocean Controls (oceancontrols.com.au). I got mine from Sparkfun:
http://www.sparkfun.com/products/9526. The KTA-223 has 8 output relays, 4 analog inputs
and 4 digital inputs useful for many nefarious purposes.

The KTA-223 uses a FTDI USB controller to set up a serial port, so make sure you have
the FTDI driver loaded and working (it come standard with Ubuntu and most other
reasonably new distributions. In 99% of the cases, if you plug in the controller USB
controller, stuff just works. If it doesn't, google ftdi and do what it says).

There are three commands for ktacmd:

./ktacmd status <n> - return the status of the relay. N can be a number between 0 and 8.
Specify no number or 0 to see the status of all 8 relays, any other number shows just
the status of that relay.

./ktacmd on <n> - turn on a relay, N can be an number between 1 and 8. Note that the
KTA-223 does have a command to turn on all relays at the same time - that is purposely
not supported here to avoid accidently turning them all on and blowing someting out.

./ktacmd off <n> - turn off a relay. N can be a number between 1 and 8. Specify no
number of 0 to turn all relays off at the same time.

Todo:

Lots of things left to do, this is a partial list:

* Add commands for input status
* Ccontrollable addressing
* Specify serial port via cmdline and config file
* Turn on multiple relays with the WR command
* Autotools so that it can be compiled for other architectures (ARM)
