Our Objective is to conduct a comprehensive data analysis on Glassdoor reviews, encompassing 47 insightful dimensions, to unravel patterns, correlations, and oppotunities for improvement. By leveraging statistical analysis and visualization techniques, we aim to address key aspects such as overall employee satisfaction, company comparisons, the impact of company type, geographical variations, and the effectiveness of communication channels. Our final project conclusion will be to create a user interactive dashboard which provides insights from the data according to the user input.
