This simple mod will keep the cursor locked in the monitor where GTA IV is opened. This will prevent the cursor from going on your second screen, and messing around with opened programs like webbrowsers.
Just drag & drop the asi file into your main directory of GTA IV. Make sure you have an asi loader and that your gta is downgraded to 1080 or below.
