Description

metrics-deliver reports the metrics per lane and not per sample. This issue has been adressed in MultiQC slack channel but at the moment since the metrics are only used for the delivery report, we decided to only keep RNA Integrity Number (RIN)and Ingående mängd [ng] from kvalitetskontrollsmetrik section. The report will be updated with the rest of the metrics later.
