This repository contains the BEAST 2 XML file and R scripts associated with the manuscript "Phylodynamics of H7N9 virus at the human-live bird market interface in China".
The files are organized as follows:

XML/contains the BEAST 2 XML input file necessary to run the analysis. -
R_scripts/contains the R scripts used for generating the figures presented in the manuscript. -
Data/contains the accession numbers of the H7N9 genome sequences that are available on the GISAID database (https://www.gisaid.org). If you want to access these data, you need to register on GISAID.org.
