Form Submission Web App

This is a simple web application that allows users to submit their personal information via a form. The submitted information is then displayed in a tabular format on the same page. The project uses HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.

Getting Started

To get a local copy of this project up and running, follow these steps:

1. Clone the repository to your local machine:

   git clone https://github.com/Chinmay2660/Form.git
   

2. Open the index.html file in your web browser to view the application.

Usage

1. Fill out the form with your personal information, including your first name, last name, email, date of birth, and address.

2. Click the "Submit" button to submit your information.

3. If any required fields are left empty or contain invalid data, you will see error messages.

4. Once the form is submitted successfully, your information will be displayed in a table below the form.

5. You can continue to submit more entries, and they will be added to the table.
