A tool to extract files from a RIM rcfs image

Usage:

• ../rcfs {-e|-l|-p|-d} image.bin {filename}
• ../rcfs -e image.bin filename - extracts filename
• ../rcfs -l image.bin - lists all files and directories
• ../rcfs -p image.bin - prints superblock information
• ../rcfs -d image.bin - dumps all files and directories
