- Animated ships! - Have you ever looked at the ships and thought that they looked a bit boring? This plugin adds animations to many of them, including some from @Darcman99's Spice plugin.
- Animated ships (undisruptive) - Version with less disruptive, slower animations. Non-living ships made looks less organic/making breath-like motions. Living ships made look even more organic/making breath-like motions.
- Animated stars Nova - Undisruptive Animated Stars for Endless Sky. Based on "animated stars" by Derpy Horse. Every star system was hand-tweaked for the star to match lore/star type of vanilla Endless Sky.
- Becca's Endless Expansion - New weapons, outfits and ships for many factions of the game Endless Sky, all with new sprites close to the vanilla ones! All you have to do is explore, fly in your ship and meet all the factions in the game.
- Better Boarding Pirates - This plugin integrates BetterVanillaPirates by Zbok with Boarding Enhancements. It fully integrates new outfits (from the latter) into fleets and ship variants (added by the former).
- Better Vanilla Pirates - Do you love vanilla ES but wish that the human pirates, bounty hunters and related combat missions, were more interesting, and stayed challenging with worthwhile mission payouts even in the late game? 30+ new repeating missions and many extensive, progressive pirate improvements.
- Boarding Enhancements - Adds various human-space boarding related outfits, balanced around vanilla experience and fully integrated into game (purchase availability, usage by AI fleets, licenses required).
- Boarding Missions - Small plugin that adds chance for being rewarded for assisting disabled Milita, Free worlds, and Navy ships.
- Bounty Hunters/Bounties Hunted Fix - This plugin makes Pirates/Marauders that are subject of Bounty Hunting missions be properly seen as enemies by Militia/Navy/Deep Security/Merchants and other forces that should dislike Marauders/Pirates.

- Gatling Ammo Fix - Fixes availability of Gatling Gun Ammo (and its boxes) - being most primitive and easiest to manufacture type of ordnance, it is now available where you would expect it to be ("galactic south" and multipurpose ammo depots).
- Korath Automation Upgrade - A plugin for Endless Sky which adds a new Korath Warship after the end of the Korath/Wanderer Co-Op Mission.
- Quarg Military Retaliation - This plugin contains new ships, weapons, outfits, descriptions, and missions for the Quarg. The key feature is Quarg responses to being farmed. The response will start with increased patrols and escalate as farming continues to include hunter-killer groups, defense fleets, carriers, battleships, and more.
- swizzle-player - Allows to change player's swizzle in "Endless Sky" - and keep the colour after ES get updates that change goverments.txt data file.
