The function of this project is to encrypt and decrypt any text respecting the user's needs.
For those who want to keep both messages or passwords under fast and easy encryption.
For this project I was inspired by Caesar Cipher.
I'll modify the 3-shift for any shift. Additionally I create surprise factor.
