UniqueTrollCommands

Adds a few easily hidden commands that make it seem like the server is lagging in unfortunate ways. /mobtickspeed removes all damage ticks, /lagreplace replaces all broken blocks after a bit (People in mines will suffocate) /lagremove removes placed blocks after a bit /fastlagreplace will wait until a couple blocks have been mined before quickly replacing the blocks
