To install:

With MultiMC:

1. Click Add Instance -> Install from zip and select the modpack

With the Vanilla Launcher / Otherwise:

1. Extract the zip file
2. Go into the folder, and find .minecraft
3. Move it somewhere permanent, where it can reside for the rest of eternity
4. Open the Vanilla Minecraft launcher
5. Navigate to the Installations tab
6. Click New installation
7. Name it something
8. Change the version to Forge 1.16.5 Download Forge and run the latest installer, if you don't already have Forge 1.16.5
9. Change the game directory to the .minecraft folder that you extracted from the zip
10. Select "MORE OPTIONS"
11. Change the JVM arguments to the following: -Xmx6G -Xms6G -XX:+UseG1GC -Dsun.rmi.dgc.server.gcInterval=600000 -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+DisableExplicitGC -XX:G1NewSizePercent=20 -XX:G1ReservePercent=20 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=50 -XX:G1HeapRegionSize=32
12. Click "Create"
13. Done!

FAQ:

• Q: Why the hell is it called Rovanauris?
• A: That's for you to find out
• Q: Why no OptiFine?
• A: Redistributing OptiFine is illegal, and besides, in this modpack it is a huge detriment to performance and it causes many, many bugs. Sorry, no shaders.
• Q: My game crashed what do I do?
• A: Get the crash report, and upload it to a service like Hastebin. Use this to ask for help, otherwise we have no idea what happened.
