This project creates a VGA 640 by 480 pixel array. One hundred twenty eight 8 by 8 pixel characters are stored in a ROM. Two 12-bit colors are selected along with a horizontal flip and the 7-bit character. In this project, the data is provided by the address register and the ROM.
