this repository contains the Pipeline for Automatics Quality Indexing for Lead Fields purpose and how to use each function or script is written inside the m-files. you just need to give path of computed lead fields in Brainstorm folder structure or put all files in a folder named for each subject, this is similar to BC-VARETA folder structure
