This repository contains the model configuration (code/, input/) and documentation (readthedocs) that allow users to recompute or analyze CBIOMES-global solutions.
CBIOMES-global (alpha version):
CBIOMES-global (alpha version) is a global ocean state estimate that covers the period from 1992 to 2011. It is based on Forget et al 2015 for ocean physics MIT general circulation model and on Dutkiewicz et al 2015 for marine biogeochemistry and ecosystems Darwin Project model. On the native model grid, it can be analyzed and manipulated using the gcmfaces and MITprof toolboxes. Interpolated fields in netcdf format are also available.
