Before working with project

1. I recommed you to use virtualenv (pip install virtualenv)
2. py -m venv arff to create virtual enviroment
3. Activate with this command .\env\Scripts\activate and deactivate is just what it means
4. Just be sure to use whats inside requirements and you are good to go !!!
