Thanks for your great package! I was wondering whether it is possible to return the nuclei labels e.g. inflammatory cells? I can't seem to see this option. Thank you

Hi, Thanks for your question. As the nuclei labels are dataset specific, we didn't include the classification head in the package, only the segmentation one.
