Install Grafana Stack on-prem/locally on Ubuntu Box

1. Install Prometheus on Ubuntu Monitoring Server:

Install it by following Prometheus.yml file commands.

2. Install NodeExporter on Client Machine

Install it by following NodeExporter.yml file commands.

3. Configure Prometheus to Monitor Client Nodes

Install it by following Configure_Client.yml file commands.

4. Install Grafana on Ubuntu Monitoring Server

Install it by following Grafana.yml file commands.

5. Install Loki on Ubuntu Monitoring Server

Install it by following Loki.yml file commands.

6. Install Promtail Agent on Client Machine

Install it by following Promtail.yml file commands.
