Download RehidHelper homebrew app (and Rehid) from here: https://github.com/hax0kartik/rehid/releases/latest
Install RehidHelper on your 3DS , open it, scan the QR code of your desired game, and that's it, you already installed the remap!

Shingeki No Kyojin 2: Mirai no Zahyou
ZL and ZR works as the arrows on the touchscreen to search trough your bag and you select the item with START. -
The Amazing Spider-Man
Control camera with the C-Stick instead on the D-Pad, the Retreat and Dodge touch buttons were remapped to ZL and ZR, and the Take Photo touch button its remapped to START button. -
Spider-Man: Edge of Time
Same camera config as Amazing Spider-Man, Spider-sense and Time Paradox touch buttons remapped to ZL and ZR. -
Kid Icarus: Uprising
If you choose to control the retina/camera with ABXY (you can change this on options menu), the buttons are now remapped to the C-Stick. ZL and ZR trigger the Aerial Powers , ZR also trigger any power you choose on Land battles. -
Back in 1995 64
The game let you move the character only using the D-Pad. With this config, you can use the C-Pad for movement. -

C-Stick now controls the camera instead of D-Pad, Start triggers the Upgrade Power touch button. -

Control camera with the C-Stick instead on the D-Pad, Change Character 1, Change Character 2 and Genie power touch button remapped to ZL, ZR and START. -
Kingdom Hearts 3D - Dream Drop Distance
Control the Command Deck with the ZL and ZR instead on the D-PAD UP and DOWN (so you can browse trough your attacks/magics while still being able to move freely) and you can summon our Dream Eaters with LEFT and RIGHT (LEFT= 1st Dream Eater, RIGHT= 2nd Dream Eater). -
Xenoblade Chronicles 3D
Control the Menu with the ZL and ZR instead on the D-PAD LEFT and RIGTH (so you can browse trough the menu while still being able to move freely) , ZL (Map of the area in which your character is located) was remapped to the Mini Map ont the Touchscreen (So if you touch the Mini Map, it will open the bigger one. You can also use L+R buttons to open it) and ZR (adjust camera angle and zoom in/out) to START button. (So now you can't press it accidentally)
