This is a example application using SimpleForm and Twitter Bootstrap.
A copy of the bootstrap.css from the 2.0-wip branch is located at vendor/assets/stylesheets/bootstrap.css. To update it from the bootstrap repository, use the following:
curl https://raw.github.com/twitter/bootstrap/2.0-wip/bootstrap.css > vendor/assets/stylesheets/bootstrap.css
