IDEX 3D Printer with 3 independent z-axis leadscrews
This design is still in a very early stage of developement and is likely to change.
Design Goals
- Robust and sturdy frame made from 2020 aluminium extrusions.
- Linear rails for all axis
- Easily scalable for different build volume
- 3 indepenent z-axis leadscrews for true automatic bed leveling
- Duet Wifi electronics and reprap firmware
- Can be built using 3D printed parts or alluminium parts that can be made with simple shop tools (handsaw, file, drillpress)
