BON98 / assembler

I used linux to build this assembler and you can use it in these possible two ways:

1. Specify the name of each file you desire to 'assemble', i.e. "./shack_assembler file1.hack file2.txt"4
2. Assemble every file within the current directory, i.e. "./shack_assembler *"

To run this assembler on windows you need to download CMake and use visual studio or with MinGW.
