This repo contains:
- LZC_utils.py: code used to calculate shuffle-normalized and phase-normalized Lempel-Ziv Complexity
- spatial_ratios.py: code used to calculate posterior-anterior power ratio
Please make sure you installed the requirements before using those functions.
