WHA_Clustering_Classification_Visualization
This repository presents two Unsupervised ML algorithms that enable the clustering and classification of dataset of SEM images obtained after scanning the fracture surface of 5 WHA samples with different tungsten composition. Additionally, the Activation Maps of the last convolution layer of the neural network (VGG16) that is used in an intermediate stage of the algorithm are created, according to their weights in the next stages of the clustering algorithm.
