Download modpack from HERE

Go to Downloads folder
-
Press WINDOWS + R and type
%appdata%and press Enter

Open mods.zip file and go to the mods folder and go to the
.mindecraftfolder in%appdata%

Put all mods in the
%appdata%/.minecraft/modsfolder from the mods.zip file
-
Now download to the fabric HERE
-
Now run the program, and select latest version and press Intsall
-
And open launcher and select latest fabric-loader version and press start button
