这是一个通用的地理坐标系转换工具,基于七参数转换原理,实现了毫米级别的转换。如实现了WGS-84和XIAN80坐标系统之间的相互转化,经度的转换精度为小数点后7位,纬度的转换精度为小数点后6位,平面坐标的转换精度为毫米级别。
