Blobbot is a small Discord bot written in JavaScript with the use of Discord.js framework.
After adding Blobbot to any Discord server he gains access to this server's emotes globally. If user tries to use those emotes in any other server, Blobbot will resend user's message with the original emotes attached.
Blobbot updates list of emotes every 60 seconds.
