The timeline view is great for seeing the order and duration of activities, but it doesn't provide any information about votes or assignments. Bringing in some of the information presented in the OOTB sign-offs tab (Express ECO) would provide context to the user. Might be helpful to click or hover over an activity in the timeline and see who voted.
