HOOPLA (HydrOlOgical Prediction LAboratory) is a framework providing a modular system for lumped hydrological modeling. It performs calibration, simulation, and forecast for multiple hydrological models and various time steps, but also provides an array of options and features.
A user manual is available in the ./Doc/ repository. This manual provides:
- a description of HOOPLA and a listing of its functionalities
- a description of the hydrometeorological tools embeded
- all the information required to get started
- some tips to expand HOOPLA functionalities
