Official code for MRI-Bones (MICCAI 2024), This project predicts bone locations using external 3D body surface data. Traditional methods rely on 2D data or pseudo-ground truth, lacking precise validation. We enhance the SKEL model into SKEL+ for better bone fitting accuracy using segmented skin and bone data from 3D MRI scans.
