Square numbers are numebrs whose square roots are integers. How many square numbers are there under a million?

##Rewards
There will be one house pound per sucessfull pull request. A pull request will be sucessful if it:
- Provides progress towards a solution.
- Corrects an error in a previous pull request.
House pounds will also be available for good comments in pull requests.
