Analysis of an Airbnb Database

Final Group Project for KeepCoding's Data Bootcamp

Objectives:

• Initial analysis and exploration of the dataset
• Datawarehousing using SQL
• Statistical analysis using Python
• Key metrics visualization using Tableau
• A lineal model that predicts the rent price of a property
• An interface made with Django

We decided to recommend a price range from 75% the predicted price to 125%, because our model has an average percentage error of around 25%
