BirthDateHashSelection
A program that determines the exact date of birth of a student, based on the SHA-3 hash function result and the year student was born.
Receives two lines on input:

The first line is an integer - the year of birth of the student.

The second line contains the result of the SHA-3 hash function, written in hexadecimal notation. The value that is passed to the hash function is defined as the number of seconds (integer) that elapsed from January 1, 1970 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) to 00:00 of the corresponding birthday.
