Dependencies
- numpy 1.10.4
- scipy 0.17.0
- sklearn 0.17
- pip install -e 'git+http://github.com/dustinstansbury/stacked_generalization.git#egg=stacked_generalization' ( only for stacked generalization )
- pip install xgboost ( seems better than boosting in sklearn )
For some visualization, you may have to install
- Ipython
- pydot2
- graphviz ( sudo apt-get install graphviz )
