$ ln -sf ~/vimcfg/.vimrc ~/.vimrc
$ ln -sf ~/vimcfg/.vim ~/.vim

Comments: if hit something like "could not find pythonlibs (missing python_libraries python_include_dirs)", for example, on ubuntu you need install python-dev
