Short Description and Scope of the Project

The main agenda of this project is to make a fast,responsive and robust Doctor Prescription System whereby Doctors can issue medicines and give advice in the form of prescription to Patients

Most of the already existing systems are handwritten and do not have a proper database for storing Doctor’s Prescriptions and Bills. Storing in a database has a lot of advantages as the entire system is digitalized and electronically stored for future purposes.

Due to the scaling properties of MySQL this system can work with a very large amount of data. Triggers and Procedures help in easing a lot of jobs that were initially cumbersome and tedious.
