This repository is for a workshop that will teach you the basics of using GitHub and how to contribute to open source projects :).
Prerequisites
- Basic knowledge of using a command line interface
- A GitHub account (sign up for one), along with the student developer

- Setting up Git on your local machine
- Creating a repository on GitHub
- Making changes and committing them
- Syncing your local repository with the remote repository on GitHub
- Creating branches and pull requests
- Resolving conflicts
- Introduction to open source contributions
