仓库活动情况定期统计

前置需求：

1. 打开 Workflow 写入权限(Settings -> Actions -> General -> Workflow permissions -> Read and write permissions)
2. 在项目中设置 ACCESS_TOKEN(Settings -> Secrets and variables -> Actions -> New repository secret)
3. 在项目根目录下创建 .github/workflows 文件夹
4. 在 .github/workflows 文件夹下创建 stats.yml 文件
