Restructure timing table

After solving issue #9.

To indicate that we wait for the duration of the first marker, the timing table should be restructured in the following way:

• Split the table into two parts
• First column to the left for wait durations with marker ids as the row index
• Second column to the right and slightly lower for transition durations with source and target marker ids (e.g. 1->2) as row index
