coppy the variants\Hyperlight folder in the package dir:
\Sloeber\arduinoPlugin\packages\STM32\hardware\stm32\1.7.0\variants\Hyperlight
or if the plain arduino IDE is used in
.user\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\STM32\hardware\stm32\1.7.0\variants
