Would you be able to cut a new release of d4tools, pyd4, etc? It would be great to have a release that included these fixes you worked on for me, #62 #59 #54 #70

@arq5x sorry to bug you, but any chance you can cut a release? I think some of the fixes are important enough to justify it.

Hi, sorry for the delay. I just updated both create.io and pypi release. Please let me know if you want bioconda release updated as well.
