本项目基于https://github.com/cambecc/earth/源码进行更改，cli3.0封装至vue

在源码基础上新增，更改了一下方法，效果: 1.基于该项目更改获取数据方式为ajax（由于暂无接口配置，本项目仍访问本地数据，ajax方法已写好） 2.增加风场播放暂停功能 3.增加模式 4.更改时间日期组件为iview 控件 5.定位默认为北京 6.新增区域遮罩功能 7.。。。
