These are two algorithms for detwinning computationally twinned data based on correclation coefficients, as it sometimes can arise in serial crystallography.
Alg2.1 is a minor improvement over the one published in Brehm&Diederichs (2013). Alg3.1 is a minor improvement over what is used in crystfel right now.
