Agile BPA Task Order - Identity Management Scrum Team
Consumer Identity Management is a problem the Government has tried to solve in a number of ways over the past decade. 18F and a team across the government is now tasked with launching a new solution by November 2016. Our efforts are clearly described on our blog and further detailed in Executive Order 13681.

The documents in this repository were originally posted to eBuy under RFQ#1109584, and have been reissued under RFQ #RFQ1119124. The documents in eBuy should always be considered the documents of record. Documents in this repository will be updated by 9am ET on Friday, July 29th, 2016, to match the documents in eBuy.
The original question period closed on Jul 13th, 2016, at 6pm. Questions on this reissuing are due by 9am on August 1st, 2016. Please note at this time that 18F and the Contracting Officer will only be responding to questions submitted by Agile BPA vendors. Comments from other parties will still be considered but we cannot commit to responding to them.
Offers were originally due by July 21st, 2016, at 6pm. Offers on the newly reissued RFQ are due on August 4th at 12:01 PM.
