1)go to followswaps folder and open file settings to enter keys and infura id
2)open cmd
3)type our folder location:
cd c:\Users\file location\Desktop\FollowSwaps

copy/past this command:
Python-3.7.7\python.exe manage.py runserver 127.0.0.1:8000
5)go to web browser and enter address
http://127.0.0.1:8000/
