command line tools and binary reader for Spine

1. build spine-convertor in macosx or cygwin terminal: cd tools/spine-cli && make
2. cp spine json dir to tools dir, or specify path in tools/build.sh
3. execute ./build.sh in terminal
4. if you need to makeup timeline, use spinec -m -o out.skel in.json
