bug: Favorites - Player returns to Favorite Panel after removing

Overview

After refresh the page, the removed player from the favorites reappear in the panel.

Repro

Previously, I reported the bug of "remove one, it removes all". Now, when I refreshed the page, all the player reappears as favorites, which means that either remove function is not working properly.

Acceptance Criteria

When I remove a player of the panel, and when I refresh the page, it should keep the last action.
