列表无法滚动

Describe the bug

将HFlatList作为第一个子项时heder无法滚动，并且HScrollView会自动滚动到顶部

Expected behavior

正常滚动

Package versions

React:17.0.2
React Native:0.64.1
React-Native-Gesture-Handler 1.10.3

出现问题的原因为没有正确设置index
